01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pk11" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to pk11 and its affiliated operating entities responsible for the online casino and sports betting services available at pk11.io.
• "You" / "Player" / "Member" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by pk11.
• "Account" means the personal account registered in your name on the pk11 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your pk11 Account, comprising cleared deposits and confirmed winnings, net of withdrawals and wagers settled.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive credited to your account under a pk11 promotion, which is subject to applicable wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which pk11 Accounts are denominated.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Business Day" means any day other than a Friday, Saturday, or Bangladesh public holiday, during normal banking hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pk11 platform, completing the registration process, or using any pk11 Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including the pk11 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the pk11 platform or any of its Services. Your continued use of pk11 following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

03 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active pk11 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk11 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or place wagers on the platform. pk11 employs age verification procedures at registration and may request documentary evidence of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated entities may not hold a pk11 Account.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of pk11 is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by pk11 or by any third-party responsible gaming authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of pk11 or any of its affiliated game providers.

pk11 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation — including national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification — at any point. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction or closure.

04 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one Account only on the pk11 platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any of your registered details change. pk11 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain current account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk11 username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported suspected unauthorised access to pk11 support without delay.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All funds deposited into and withdrawn from your pk11 Account are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pk11 supports the following payment methods:

Deposits are credited to your pk11 Account wallet upon confirmation of the payment transaction, typically within seconds for mobile banking methods. pk11 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from payment accounts held in a name other than your own registered account name.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals complete in under 15 seconds during normal operating hours. Withdrawals may be delayed where identity verification has not been completed, where a pending bonus wagering requirement applies, or where pk11's fraud prevention team has flagged a transaction for review. In such cases, pk11 will contact you directly within one Business Day.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

pk11 offers promotional bonuses, reload offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, which shall form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have a fully verified pk11 Account in good standing.
• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money balance and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a ×20 wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal).
• pk11 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and recovery of any resulting winnings.

07 Game Rules & Betting

Each game available on the pk11 platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms & Conditions shall govern all account, payment, and conduct-related matters.

All casino games on pk11 use certified random number generation software provided by internationally accredited third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by pk11 or by players.

For sports betting markets, pk11 reserves the right to void any bet where a market has been set up incorrectly, where a match or event is abandoned or forfeited under circumstances that prevent a fair result, or where there is evidence of match manipulation. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a market is officially closed. In-play betting markets are suspended and reopened at pk11's sole discretion.

The maximum payout per single settled bet or game session on pk11 is ৳5,000,000 (five million Taka) unless a higher limit is explicitly communicated in writing for a specific market. pk11 reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict market access, or decline bets at its sole discretion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk11 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during identity verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with pk11 games or betting markets in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured markets to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds transacted through pk11.
• Attempting to access the pk11 platform or its underlying systems in any unauthorised manner, including through hacking, injection attacks, reverse engineering, or denial-of-service actions.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit transaction after it has been credited to your pk11 Account and wagered. Chargebacks are treated as fraudulent and will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery proceedings.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk11 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, and the pk11 brand identity — is the property of pk11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk11 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No other right or licence is granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pk11 content without prior written authorisation from pk11.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk11 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the pk11 platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental action, or civil unrest.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game information, or market data that pk11 corrects promptly upon becoming aware of the error.

pk11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk11 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11 Privacy & Data

pk11 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the pk11 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk11 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
